Frequently Asked Questions

How do I change my daily water goal?

Go to Settings (gear icon on the Today tab) and tap on your daily goal to adjust it. Your goal is calculated based on your height, weight, and activity level, but you can customize it anytime.

How do I add friends?

Go to the Friends tab and tap the + button. Enter your friend's invite code to send a friend request. You can find your own invite code at the top of the Friends tab — share it with others so they can add you.

What is HydroHeroes Pro?

HydroHeroes Pro unlocks premium features including Friends & Leaderboard, HydroLeagues with team challenges, custom colors and shapes, visual effects, all achievements, and a premium badge. You can subscribe monthly or annually.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find HydroHeroes, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open HydroHeroes, go to the paywall screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

How do streaks work?

You earn a streak day each day you reach your water goal. If you miss a day, your streak resets to zero. Your best streak is always saved so you can try to beat your record.

Does HydroHeroes work with Apple Health?

Yes! HydroHeroes can read and write water intake data to Apple Health. Grant access when prompted, or enable it in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > HydroHeroes.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and scroll down to find the "Delete Account" option. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
